Christine Tieri, President and Certified Brand Strategist, prides herself on being a strategic creative and a creative strategist. She started her career in New York City, learning from legendary mentors. Working at both Geer DuBois and Warwick Baker Fiore, Christine was exposed to both ends of the agency business: a creative boutique and a packaged goods giant. Christine was responsible for art direction for global clients such as World Gold Council, SONY, Sambuca Romana, and household brands such as Lysol, Guldens, and Crunch N’ Munch.
Paul Tonelli, Creative & Content Director, brings big-picture creative thinking, insightful strategy, and well-honed executional experience to the agency. As VP/Creative Director at some of Boston’s best agencies—including Hill Holliday and Digitas—Paul built a wide range of cross-channel initiatives for both consumer and B2B companies. Working in industries from finance to automotive to healthcare, he has developed creative solutions for clients such as Ally Bank, GMAC, American Express, Ditech Financial, Goodyear Tire, General Motors, GMC, Buick, Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare and AT&T.
Theresa Condict, Account Manager, is a marketing professional with a passion for all things digital. She has proven success in building brand recognition and customer engagement through her knowledge of best practices in web development, SEO, digital advertising, email strategy, database design and her dual certification in inbound marketing and Google AdWords. Her work for Idea Agency includes development of strategic marketing plans, creating and managing annual marketing budgets, creative trafficking and project management, as well as results-oriented digital strategy and implementation.
Laurie Wisniewski, Finance & Project Manager, has an extensive background in finance, having spent 25+ years in the banking world managing both Accounting and Operations. At Idea Agency, her working knowledge and familiarity of the banking culture brings tremendous insight to our strategy sessions. Laurie’s primary role is to oversee all agency and client projects from a financial and operational perspective. She also serves as the agency troubleshooter, ensuring that every aspect of the agency’s well-being is taken care of. This includes employee onboarding and office management. Additionally, as head of the IA culture club, Laurie makes sure that everyone (including clients) experiences the perfect balance of hard work and fun.
