While casual and friendly attitudes are a hallmark of their employees, sometimes the brand suffered from too-casual design and communication. We set out to add professional standards to their look and messaging.

Through departmental brainstorming, numerous interviews, and internal and external research, we saw firsthand the passion that emanates from the core of the bank. Dedication to the customer experience is evident from the C-suite to the call center, to the tellers and back office. It is this commitment that makes Southbridge Savings Bank so special – and what makes their customers so fiercely loyal.
Falling in love with your bank
We brought the tagline “Love Your Bank,” to life with a consistent visual identity that was professional yet whimsical and worked hard to keep the brand messaging simple and clean. This creative approach worked well across a variety of media that ranged from traditional print and TV to in-branch, digital, and social media.
Building true fans
Over the course of our years together, the Southbridge Savings Bank brand continues to grow, thrive and has created solid fans out of their customers.
