With so many service lines, hospitals, and healthcare offerings within their system, UMass Memorial Health Care was looking to tie everything together with a strongly themed campaign idea. Idea Agency knew it was important that the campaign work as an umbrella under which more targeted messaging could be created for the various service lines.

During a day-long discovery session we facilitated with UMass, we prioritized the unique attributes that create their world-class system: commitment to technology and innovation, compassionate, dedicated employees, a culture of idea sharing, teaching, learning, and most importantly, an unwavering commitment to serving the community in which their nurses, doctors, and staff live and work. The people of Central Massachusetts don’t have to go to Boston to get this high-level of care, they can find it right here in their own back yard.
In the right place
The campaign theme we created works across all service lines and hospitals, providing confidence to patients and families that “You’re in the right place.” Whether your need is for heart and vascular, orthopedics or primary care, each ad is customized for a particular specialty or offering. A robust media plan puts the messaging in all the right places including print, digital, outdoor, radio, and more.
The refreshed look and cohesive messaging mirrors UMass Memorial Health Care System’s professionalism and dedication to helping their patients with all their healthcare needs.
